Our dedicated office staff is able to identify any additional benefits, maximize entitlements, and assist with Medicare and Long Term Care Insurance. With permission, Pathways will act as a liaison on behalf of our clients, to make sure they are receiving the best care for them. We are also able to offer educational support and refer outside resources to family members dealing with illnesses such as dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and much more.

Daily Task Help for Independent Living
Watching our parents or loved ones get older is never easy. You may be noticing that simple tasks once done with ease are now becoming increasingly difficult, or their mental abilities might not be as sharp as they used to be. Or maybe yourself or a loved one are recovering from surgery and will temporarily need help around your home with every day tasks. Pathways provides a wide range of services; from cooking, cleaning and laundry, grocery shopping and transportation, to bathing, grooming, dressing and medication reminders. We will do as much or as little as you need, all at competitive rates.
Senior Advocacy
After opening our doors in 2013, Pathways has worked with clients of many different ages, disabilities, and circumstances from all over the state of CT. In establishing relationships with our clients, we have also formed professional relationships with Eldercare Attorneys, Financial Advisors and various Healthcare Facilities(Residential/Assisted Living/Memory Care Units), as well as the VNA and several other reputable physicians whom we have found to be caring and compassionate, in addition to being experts in their respective fields.
We Follow All Covid-19 Rules and Regulations
Pathway's employees have always followed strict guidelines regarding cleanliness and safety. We have always supplied gloves for our employees and have now started supplying medical grade face masks as well. All employees are required to wear a mask (or two) at all times while in the clients residence or in the office. We have also implemented required handwashing/sanitizing upon entering the home and throughout their stay, as well as, stricter protocols on temperate checks and testing.
